Just purchased my second vehicle with Gershwin at Auto Hot Spot. My first vehicle in 2019. My reason for coming back was because of the excellent service I received from Gershwin during the purchase of my first vehicle and needless to say, he has done it again. When I started looking for a new car, I had no second thoughts to message him. Everything was such a stress free process and he was always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Nathonn, the F&I specialist was very transparent and explained everything in a way that I could clearly comprehend, when it came to any and all details regarding the agreement and added extras leaving no questions unanswered. I would highly recommend. They will be seeing me again in the next couple of years when I want an upgrade again.

The salesman Ethan is world class. He sold me a wonderful family car last year. Then he made a friendly check-in to hear how we’ve been.. I jokingly mentioned how I’m looking for a convertible, and within a week, he called me that he had the perfect vehicle for me. He gave me an insanely good trade-in for my vehicle and drove 2 hours to deliver the vehicle himself and drive the trade-in back to the dealership. Where else do you get this kind of service? Not to mention his honest and expert advice from his years in the industry. Just all around stellar. Thank you Ethan, again.
